The rooms at Bath Lodge Castle were absolutely stunning, with luxurious touches like fluffy bathrobes and high-end toiletries. I felt like royalty! The original lodge rooms with their four-poster or brass beds, turrets, and balconies were incredibly charming and gave the whole stay a fairytale-like feel. Each bedroom had its own unique character and elegant décor, making me feel like I was staying in a castle straight out of a storybook. The private bathrooms were well-appointed with a shower/tub combination, hairdryers, and more fluffy bathrobes - perfect for a relaxing soak after a day of exploring. I loved that the flat-screen televisions in the guestrooms provided entertainment options for the whole family.
Personally, I was not a fan of the complimentary toiletries in the private bathroom. They didn't suit my personal preferences, but others might still enjoy them.

We had a wonderful weekend at this hotel. Best aspects included the beautiful grounds, spacious and clean rooms, and delicious breakfast with fresh fruit and toast provided beforehand. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond, with Bobbi even getting us a taxi right outside the hotel for our night out. This city is a lovely and convenient 15-minute drive away.
Nothing to dislike.

I had the chance to stay in a magnificent castle with wonderful hosts. the room had a large comfortable bed and a clean bathroom with plenty of hot water. the breakfast was tasty and there was a beautiful garden to explore. the hot tub and sauna were also great additions to the already amazing facilities.
The noise level from other parts of the castle could be disruptive at times.

Spent Christmas at a castle hotel and it was a fun experience. the decorations were fantastic and so inviting. the staff were welcoming and friendly regardless of the extensive workload amidst the festive rush. the location of the hotel was perfect for an evening stroll and had amazing views of the surrounding valley.
The bedroom furniture felt outdated and the toiletries were not up to standard. the shower was old and required an update.

The breakfast at this hotel was mind-blowing! The perfectly poached eggs, amazing selection of hot items, and delicious cereals and juices left me feeling super satisfied. The spacious and comfortable room, with its tea and coffee facilities and fruit bowl, was a jaw-dropping surprise. The secluded jacuzzi/sauna area, although it took a bit to warm up, added to the overall relaxation. The friendly staff made me feel like part of the family, and the 15 minute drive to the city center was convenient. Definitely recommended for a short break! Free wi-fi, car park, bar/lounge area, restaurant, and flat-screen TV were also available.

We went for a romantic escape in a castle gatehouse. The building was impressive and had lovely gardens to walk around. The room was clean and nicely decorated with a beautiful bathroom. The staff was friendly and helpful, offering a complimentary dinner. The location was also convenient, being relatively close to various attractions.
There were some negative aspects to our stay. The noise level was very high due to the hotel being located near a busy road, making it difficult to sleep at night.
